In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 The 788wi platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

2.2 By completing the registration process on 788wi, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including misrepresentation of age — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 788wi reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

3.1 KYC Verification. 788wi requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before higher deposit thresholds are reached. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and may be asked for additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 788wi login credentials. You must notify 788wi support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 788wi is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Operating multiple 788wi Accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts other than the original may be closed and any balances — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. Bonus funds obtained through duplicate accounts will always be voided.

3.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 788wi reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or, after providing notice to the registered contact, to close such accounts in accordance with applicable procedures. Real-money balances will not be forfeited without prior notice.

4.1 All deposits to your 788wi Account must be made via payment methods approved and listed in the 788wi Cashier at the time of deposit. Approved methods include but are not limited to: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20).

4.2 All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier and may vary by payment method. 788wi reserves the right to update these limits without prior notice.

4.3 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.4 788wi does not accept deposits made from proceeds of unlawful activity. By depositing, you represent and warrant that all funds you deposit are from legitimate sources.

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods in the Player's own name. 788wi will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is successfully completed.

5.3 Withdrawal processing times are estimates and vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers typically process within 1–2 working days. These timelines may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

5.4 788wi reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the completion of fraud, anti-money laundering, or responsible gaming checks. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

5.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn as real money.

6.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available on 788wi are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is launched. Those specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — form part of these Terms & Conditions and take precedence over any general bonus terms in the event of conflict.

6.2 Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other technique intended to unfairly extract bonus value — is prohibited and may result in voiding of bonuses and account closure.

6.3 788wi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Bonuses already credited to a Player's account will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements at the time the bonus was granted.

6.4 Where a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited and only the real-money balance will be released.

7.1 All sports bets — including PSL cricket betting, UFC, football, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are published in the Sports Betting section of the 788wi platform and are updated from time to time.

7.2 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games or by physical equipment (cards, wheels) in live dealer games. 788wi does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure during a game or bet placement, 788wi reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where a fault occurs after a clear, settled outcome has been reached and recorded, the settled result will stand. Where the outcome is unclear or unrecorded, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on 788wi. These are displayed within each game or market and may vary. 788wi reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.5 Palpable errors in odds or game payouts — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors caused by a technical fault — will be void. 788wi reserves the right to cancel or re-settle bets placed at clearly incorrect prices.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788wi platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

10.1 All content on the 788wi platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game designs, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 788wi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 788wi platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or derivative use of any 788wi content.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788wi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.

11.2 788wi does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 788wi's control. 788wi is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

11.3 The aggregate liability of 788wi to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

12.1 788wi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the 788wi platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 788wi may suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

12.3 Players may close their 788wi Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending verification requirements.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 788wi is licensed and operated. Players using the 788wi platform from Pakistan acknowledge their personal responsibility to comply with applicable Pakistani laws governing online gambling.

13.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 788wi support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the governing jurisdiction.
